Order Confirmation

When a customer places an order, PharmAuthority sends an email to the customer’s email ID confirming the customer’s details. Then another email will be sent and may be received within 24 hours of the request. This indicates that the request will be sent after some time as the request’s requirements have been fulfilled.  In case there is a problem with the installment, or you are unable to complete it. We will send a notification to the customer via email.

Shipping Confirmation

Typically, each request is shipped and transported at approximately the same time.

Once shipping is complete, we will send you an email containing the inquiry number below.

 In addition, you will also find details about the transportation, i.e. the estimated delivery dates. In addition, PharmAuthority will provide you with the opportunity to call us directly to process your request by providing an “Interface with Us” link within this email. The request will be sent to the customer’s home or office address, whichever is acceptable to the customer. Once set, the location cannot be changed.  The buyer’s identification is required when shipping the package to the buyer’s location.

 Delivery time

The total time from request to completion of delivery varies between 24 hours and 48 hours.

 Service times also vary depending on the delivery company.

 Unexpected changes can occur, for example, during regular events such as floods or climate disasters.

 Similarly, the service date specified in the message is not specific.

 Packages are usually processed on the agreed date.

 However, as previously mentioned, delays due to customs stops or unforeseen circumstances may result in the postponement of the performance date and an agreement may not be reached.

 Returning a Lost Order Lost requests will be rejected or discounted by our store.

 If you experience a delay in receiving your request under these circumstances, please notify customer support within approximately six weeks of the date of service to the customer.

 A reduction or refund will be granted after the lost claim has been settled.

 Reports made after six weeks will not be recognized or considered.

Refund and Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged in any way, or otherwise not received.

 In this case, the amount will be reduced, or the item will be reshipped to you.

 This depends primarily on the buyer’s demand.
